Responsibilities:

  • Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Organize and file company documents
  • Provide purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
  • Assist with all office administrative duties such as typing and answering phones
  • Available to work 20-24 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have good documentation and organization skills
  • Must possess a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Project Management software is a plus (Viewpoint, etc.)
  • Experience or knowledge in the field of construction, casework or project management is a plus
